We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our operating centers in mainland China or Hong Kong.

General Information (Handmade to Order)

All Calzarelli shoes are handmade to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time = Production (3–7 business days) + Transit (above).

Tracking Orders

After dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear. If tracking is not visible immediately, please check again later.

Missed Delivery

If you are unable to receive your order, carriers usually attempt redelivery. If further attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel may be transferred to a local warehouse or pickup point. Procedures vary by destination.

Special Delivery Requests

You may leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a secure location). We will forward your request to the carrier; fulfillment depends on feasibility and local delivery practices.

Delivery Issues

Customs and Taxes (DDP in Most Destinations)

For most destinations, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and import taxes are included in your order total and prepaid by us.

DDP may not be available for certain countries/regions due to local regulations or carrier limitations. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for import duties/taxes charged by local customs or the carrier.

In rare cases, local customs or the carrier may request additional information. If you receive any request for additional payment or information, please contact us first and we will help resolve it.

Changes and Unforeseen Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs inspection, peak seasons, weather). If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation through the carrier.
